TGI Named Visual/Branding Partner at the Louis Vuitton America’s Cup World Series Chicago

Working in close partnership with the Chicago Match Race Center, TGI is spearheading the production and installation of key event décor and visual branding LVACWS Chicago guests will experience at Navy Pier throughout race weekend, including elements of hospitality areas, media elements, large format graphics, and other wayfinding and related elements.  A veteran company in the sailing space, TGI was also responsible for the world-class visual branding program at the 34th America’s Cup in San Francisco, Calif., in 2013.

“Having been a part of an America’s Cup event in 2013 as the lead visual branding firm was a great opportunity for our company,” said Chris Brennan, CEO, TGI. “But having the opportunity to work on an America’s Cup event in our backyard of Chicago, and help showcase the excitement and prestige here at home, is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

“Since we’ve embarked on this project of bringing America’s Cup sailing to Chicago it’s been great to see local companies such as TGI rally around the opportunity,” said Tod Reynolds, event director for the Louis Vuitton America’s Cup World Series Chicago event. “Having executed previously in San Francisco, they really wanted to raise the bar for their hometown event.”
